The Gem Toa Payoh condo land sale was won by a JV of Evia Real Estate Pte Ltd, Maxdin Pte Ltd and Gamuda Berhad. Their winning bid was a bare 1.1% over the 2nd highest bidder, in a tightly fought contest that drew a strong field of 14 bidders. The number of bids is considered a pretty good indication of the desirability of this location.

EVIA REAL ESTATE
Evia has gained quite a strong reputation in the EC (executive condominium) market in recent years, with sell out launches at Heron Bay EC in Serangoon, and especially more recently at Lake Life EC in Jurong.
